We were honored to host a delegation of important clients from Indonesia this week for a comprehensive factory tour. The focus of the tour was to gain a deeper understanding of our core metalworking processes, particularly our advanced shearing and bending equipment.
The tour began with our state-of-the-art shearing workstation. Our Indonesian clients were particularly interested in the cutting precision and clean edges, crucial for their high-quality product line. We demonstrated our high-precision CNC shearing machine, showcasing its ability to handle metals of various grades and thicknesses with exceptional consistency.
Next, we moved to the bending workshop, where flat, sheared metal blanks are processed into complex three-dimensional parts. A highlight of the demonstration was our CNC bending machine. Our experienced operators provided a live demonstration, effortlessly completing precise bends and complex shapes.
Beyond the machines themselves, the most valuable part of the day was the exchange. Our Indonesian clients asked many detailed questions, shared their specific project needs, and provided crucial feedback for our continuous improvement.
