Main Features:
YPA series product presses are single-point high-strength presses with open fixed tables , which introduce advanced technology from Japan, and all adopt computer-aided optimization design, and use PROE and Solidworks software to carry out various simulated load tests, destructive tests, and stress tests. Analysis and design verification have been carried out, and each specification product has undergone strict performance tests and reliability tests to confirm. The machine tool embodies the coordination and consistency of the human-machine environment. The product is suitable for various stamping processes such as punching, blanking, bending, and shallow drawing. Its structural characteristics and performance mainly include the following points:
(1) The overall shape is beautiful, the structure is compact, and the floor space is small, reflecting the coordination and consistency of the man-machine environment.
(2) The all-steel welded fuselage adopts CAD optimization design , and the fuselage adopts trolley-type electric furnace annealing method to remove stress, with small deformation and good rigidity, which improves the quality of processed workpieces and the life of molds.
( 3 ) The slider adopts a rectangular six-sided guide rail, and the guide rail and inserts are made of special materials and special processing. The guide is long, wear-resistant and high-precision. The ball head is nitrocarburized.
(4) The press is equipped with imported hydraulic overload protection, with quick response and simple and reliable action.
(5) The press adopts a manual mold adjustment device, and the value can be read from the label.
( 6 ), using dry friction clutch-brake, gas spring interlocking, stable transmission, low noise, long life and high precision;
( 7 ) The crankshaft is placed vertically, the fulcrum distance is short, the structure is compact, and the layout is reasonable; the transmission gear runs immersed in oil, with low noise and small wear.
( 8 ) The imported PLC device has various detection functions such as 135°downward protection, two-hand operation, air pressure protection, etc., and has an automatic feeding output interface, which is convenient for carrying other devices and peripheral equipment, and is convenient for automation and function expansion. This series of presses has inching, continuous and single actions, and each action is interlocked with each other.
( 9 ) The main lubricating system adopts motorized point-by-point oiling , electric grease pump for automatic lubrication, and is equipped with a progressive distributor. The oil supply time and amount are controlled by the PLC system, and the oil circuit blockage is automatically alarmed and indicated.
( 10 ) Pneumatic components adopt double solenoid valves. Pneumatic components (lubricator, water separation filter, pressure regulating valve) are installed inside the fuselage, using SMC components, and the outer layer of the components is equipped with a metal protective cover. It is convenient to adjust the air pressure, and the air source processing performance is good; the double solenoid valve is safe and reliable.
( 11 ) The slider is equipped with a pneumatic balance device to balance the weight of the slider, eliminate gaps, and improve running stability and precision.
( 12 ) The electrical control part of the press is equipped with a manipulator interface, which can realize multi-machine connection automatic production .
( 13 ) The body is equipped with an independent blowing system, which can be independently controlled and connected, which is convenient for the daily production of molds.
