1. Operator Training
Before operating a hydraulic press brace, operators must be professionally trained and familiar with the equipment's working principles, operating procedures, and safety regulations. Untrained personnel must not operate the equipment to prevent accidents.
2. Checking Safety Devices
Before starting the machine, the operator needs to check that the hydraulic press brace's safety devices are intact. This includes guardrails, emergency stop buttons, and safety switches. If any damage or abnormality is found, it should be repaired immediately.
3. Setting Appropriate Bending Parameters
Set appropriate bending pressure and bending angle according to the type and thickness of the material being processed. The operator needs to adjust the working parameters according to technical requirements to avoid overloading the equipment.
4. Regular Maintenance and Upkeep
During use, the hydraulic press brake should be regularly inspected and maintained, especially the hydraulic and electrical systems. Regularly change the hydraulic oil, inspect the hydraulic lines, and clean the filters to ensure the equipment is always in good working condition.
5. Safety Precautions
When operating the hydraulic press brake, keep the work area clean and tidy, and avoid obstructing the operation with debris. During operation, avoid putting fingers or other parts into the work area to prevent accidental injury.
