Our guests gathered around our high-precision press brakes, the workhorses responsible for creating accurate and consistent bends in sheet metal. We demonstrated how these CNC-controlled machines translate digital designs into flawless angles and forms, essential for constructing the rigid frames and components of various HVAC products. The emphasis on precision, repeatability, and efficiency resonated strongly with our visitors, who understood its direct impact on the final product's quality and fit.
Streamlining Airflow: Duct Machine Demonstration
Next, we moved to our duct production station. Here, we ran a live demonstration of our spiral duct forming lines and plasma cutting systems. The team watched as flat metal coils were transformed into perfectly formed, sealed round ducts with remarkable speed. The ability to produce custom fittings, elbows, and transitions with clean, burr-free cuts highlighted Rbqlty's commitment to delivering complete, ready-to-install ductwork solutions that ensure optimal airflow and system performance.
