The centerpiece of the visit was a comprehensive tour of Rbqlty's production workshop, where we showcased the entire process from raw material to finished product.
In our laser cutting section, a high-performance fiber laser cutting machine was in live operation. Upon command, a high-energy laser beam moved precisely across the metal sheet, instantly vaporizing the material to create clean cuts.
In the bending area, our CNC press brake demonstrated its powerful "shaping" capabilities. The operator fed a laser-cut sheet into the machine, and through pre-programmed commands, the ram descended with precision. A series of perfect bends transformed the flat sheet into a intricate three-dimensional part.
This visit marks a significant milestone in our partnership. The client's team, comprising key decision-makers and senior technical staff, came with a deep interest in evaluating our equipment performance, production processes, and corporate strength.
