This CNC horizontal down-adjusting three-roll plate rolling machine features a plate end pre-bending function, it enables the completion of plate end pre-bending and the rolling of conical, arc-shaped, and variable-curvature workpieces in a single setup without requiring material rotation after the initial metal plate loading.It can also serve as a simple steel plate leveler for basic flattening operations.
This model features:
Vertical displacement of the upper roll
Two lower rolls with individual/coordinated horizontal movement capability
Independent or synchronized vertical adjustment at both upper roll ends (operable in absolute parallel mode with strict coaxial alignment or relative parallel mode with dynamic parallelism compensation during asymmetric forming processes)
The machine is equipped with an independent mobile control console featuring a touchscreen display, which shows real-time displacement values of the upper and lower rolls, as well as input/output statuses such as hydraulic valve solenoids and limit switch activation. The electrical control system offers multiple operation modes: Automatic, Manual, Jog, and Debugging. A safety interlock device is integrated to enhance operational security.
