3 The equipment adopts a platform structure. The tool holder processes the plate by moving horizontally and vertically, which can ensure the accuracy of the grooving depth at each part .
4 The equipment uses a processing technology of four front and rear forming knives, which greatly reduces the iron filings generated during processing. Compared with the traditional five-knife processing, the accuracy is also greatly improved, because the groove bottom processed by five knives may produce multiple bottom lines.
5. The equipment adopts full hydraulic clamping and pressing, which is fast in operation, so that the processed products have no clamping marks or indentations, and the whole processing process is tracked by cooling and blowing. It is equipped with an alarm device.

Ⅲ.Introduction to the structure
The new high-speed full-servo CNC metal slotting machine has a compact structure, reliable performance, and easy operation. The wall panel adopts a frame structure and will not deform permanently. In addition, the processing control adopts all hydraulic devices, which will greatly reduce the cost of use and maintenance for customers. Its structure is mainly composed of four sets of servo motor transmission systems, hydraulic clamp systems and main steel frames.
1. Y-axis system
The Y-axis system of this equipment is composed of main motor large inertia AC servo motor, star reducer synchronous belt, synchronous wheel, high-precision gear rack, linear guide and other components.
Its function is that the servo motor drives the precision gear through the star reducer to drive the tool holder to move linearly on the linear guide rail to provide planing power.
2. X1+1 dual-axis system
The X-axis system of this equipment is composed of 2 E2138 AC servo motors, precision couplings, ball screws, linear bearings, material drag clamps and other components.
Its function is that the motor drives the ball screw to move linearly on the linear guide rail to achieve accurate positioning of the processed V-groove.
3. Z-axis system
The Z-axis system of this equipment is composed of Etu AC servo motor, synchronous belt, synchronous wheel, ball screw, tool holder and other components.
Its function is that the motor drives the ball screw through the synchronous belt and synchronous wheel to drive the tool holder to move in a straight line, so as to provide precise positioning power to the tool holder mechanism.
4.Hydraulic system
hydraulic system of this equipment is mainly divided into two groups , consisting of a pressing hydraulic system and a tracking pressing system.
The two groups of hydraulic and pneumatic are controlled by the system through electrical appliances.
5. Electrical control system
The electrical control system of this equipment is composed of CNC, driver, touch screen, electric control components, electrical cabinet and other accessories.
