C. Summary :
Two pcs of uncoiler will centrally clamp the coil strip while lifted by hydraulic charging car, at the moment of coil strip core centering to uncoilr core. Centering discharging oil cylinder could work individually or synchronously for coiling. When there is a divergence of coil center and the product line center, the machine could synchronous load the strip for coiling by left or right centering. While uncoiling, the brake will be loosen and match with pressing and guiding wheel speed as stated which could increase power of uncoiling. Leveling stopped, brake begins braking.

C.Summary:
After coil opener, plate will enter into pinch and pre-leveling machine, pinch oil cylinder press down, clamp the plate head, DC speed adjustable motor starts, so plate will feed into the adjusted pre-leveler. C. These operation cabinet have emergency terminal button. Pressing anyone, the whole line will terminated for the security of both man and machine.
VI. INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT
1.The installation length of (3-12)x2000mm slitting line is about 32m, the elevation height of this line (working surface to ground) is 800mm, each stand-alone machine is installed according to the foundation drawing.
2. The center line of every individual machine must be conformed to the center line of this production line.
3. The center line of later running of each individual machine is mutual parallel and vertical to the main center line, the center line of main shaft reach to horizontal position.
4. The total power of this production line is 560KW, each individual machine’ power of this line connected by electrical schematic drawing and wiring drawing, hydraulic connecting is according to hydraulic schematic drawing,after switching on the power and hydraulic system ,each individual machine proceed individual trial running.
5. The adjustment of slitting line
A. The two blade shaft of slitting shear are all for active, the frame are all for cast steel frame, the moving of movable frame is hydraulic push-pull type, the lower balde shaft is fixed-suspended arm, the upper blade shaft is sliding suspended arm, it have advantage for equipping blade quickly.
B. The method of slitting adjustment
a. Lift up the upper blade shaft by double worm gear and worm rob, to make center Stroke between the two blade shaft is greater than blade outside diameter, 2-12mm slitting machine: blade OD.: Φ480mm , center Stroke: ≥485mm
b. Hydraulic pushing movable frame
c. Determine the space between the upper and lower blade according to the slitting plate thickness. Equation : S=thickness X(10━15)%/2
d. The method of blade arrangement : arrange the blade to the both side of center line according to the center line of production line, before arrange blade, the separated roll of blade should be cleaned debris, and don’t use hard wast,fiber to wipe. Arrange the lower blade first, and then arrange the upper ones, convex blade with big rubber rings, concave blade with small rubber rings, not too much or too little. After arranging blade shaft, make one side of lock nut locking. The cutting length of blade general take 1.0-2.0mm, and use positioning nut locking.
e. Can’t use large hardness metal material to trial cutting, sharp cutting edge of blade shall not use objects to hit, temporary unused blade should be cleaned,and oiled to prevent the mental surface from rusting. The blade should be grind after using, and use core rod to grind the outside uniformly, strictly forbidden to grind the both side of blade.

C.Summary:
After coil opener, plate will enter into pinch and pre-leveling machine, pinch oil cylinder press down, clamp the plate head, DC speed adjustable motor starts, so plate will feed into the adjusted pre-leveler. When plate-head out from the machine, open pressing arm, put down shovel frame, draw back shovel head, stop discharging motor, open discharging clutch, thus made the plate delivering ahead. The operation speed of Eurotherm electric cabinet can synchronous with the speed of slitting line
5.Shearing machine is hydraulic cutting machine 12x2500mm; it is used for cutting and separating the head and tail of coil plate, equipped with 2pcs roller drum which avoid scratching , and prevent friction on the blade edge.

C. Summary
Its function is to centering the pinched and pre-flattened plate to the axis of slitting machine, in order to prevent the plates from shifting, and made the strips steel alike. Guiding roller can be adjusted individually or synchronously centering or left and right synchronously movements.
8. Slitting machine(important equipment of production line)
Slitting machine is the main equipment of this line which divided into power part and host part.

Host part is composed of frame, fixed frame, fixed big bearing stand, sliding big bearing stand , movable frame, fixed small bearing stand, slide small bearing stand, 2 pcs of blade shaft, lifting and pressing device of synchronously worm gear and worm rod(up & down with proximity switch), hydraulic pushing device, etc. accompany of blades, spacers, rubber rings . Its function is to divide the raw material into several strips as stated width, orderly and uniform.
One side of frame is hydraulic push-pull pattern, two pcs of main shaft is suspended arm which is easy to changing blade and satisfying various plates cutting with different width. The main shaft is main driven, main bearing is mill one with high hardness. High precision of blade and separating cover. Lifting and pressing main shaft is adopt synchronously worm gear and worm rod adjustment, so both side of blade will be alike, uniform in strength, thus will protect the blade and longer their lift and higher cutting precision.

It is used for separating the strip plate orderly, in order to avoid winding. The function of hydraulic pressing roller is compress the separated strip, the one is to prevent the coil plate from jumping during running procession, and jump out of the pre-separating slice and wind, the other is to increase recoiling damping, to make recoiling device tighten the plate strip.

It used to recoiling the slitted strips on recoiling plate.
Different plate separated, the jaw catch the head of coil plate after coil inserted plate tank, then rotate to make the slitted coil recoiled.
The expansion diameter φ760mm, hydraulic unloading car will support the strip bullnose, then put down hydraulic supporting arm, and expanse Max diameter will reduce to the end. At last, gradually drop-out the material.

15. Hydraulic system (hydraulic oil, lubrication oil shall be provided by user-self)
Hydraulic system is an important part of this line, it is one of power resource.
There are 2 sets hydraulic station, front and back are separated station. front station is high pressure pump with a pair of high pressure interface in which to privide power for shear. rated pressure is 32Mpa, working pressure is 30Mpa, other interface pressure decreased to 12Mpa

16. Electric Control System(wire and cable shall be provided by user-self)
A. Accompany of distributing system: power incoming voltage: AC380V 50Hz.

B. The electric system of slitting line is composed of direct-current cabinet, host operation cabinet, auxiliary cabinet. DC speed adjustment system control this line. Movement condition can divided into linkage and man operation which control the movements of each single machine.
C. These operation cabinet have emergency terminal button. Pressing anyone, the whole line will terminated for the security of both man and machine.
VI. INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT
1.The installation length of (3-12)x2000mm slitting line is about 32m, the elevation height of this line (working surface to ground) is 800mm, each stand-alone machine is installed according to the foundation drawing.
2. The center line of every individual machine must be conformed to the center line of this production line.
3. The center line of later running of each individual machine is mutual parallel and vertical to the main center line, the center line of main shaft reach to horizontal position.
4. The total power of this production line is 560KW, each individual machine’ power of this line connected by electrical schematic drawing and wiring drawing, hydraulic connecting is according to hydraulic schematic drawing,after switching on the power and hydraulic system ,each individual machine proceed individual trial running.
5. The adjustment of slitting line
A. The two blade shaft of slitting shear are all for active, the frame are all for cast steel frame, the moving of movable frame is hydraulic push-pull type, the lower balde shaft is fixed-suspended arm, the upper blade shaft is sliding suspended arm, it have advantage for equipping blade quickly.
B. The method of slitting adjustment
a. Lift up the upper blade shaft by double worm gear and worm rob, to make center Stroke between the two blade shaft is greater than blade outside diameter, 2-12mm slitting machine: blade OD.: Φ480mm , center Stroke: ≥485mm
b. Hydraulic pushing movable frame
c. Determine the space between the upper and lower blade according to the slitting plate thickness. Equation : S=thickness X(10━15)%/2
d. The method of blade arrangement : arrange the blade to the both side of center line according to the center line of production line, before arrange blade, the separated roll of blade should be cleaned debris, and don’t use hard wast,fiber to wipe. Arrange the lower blade first, and then arrange the upper ones, convex blade with big rubber rings, concave blade with small rubber rings, not too much or too little. After arranging blade shaft, make one side of lock nut locking. The cutting length of blade general take 1.0-2.0mm, and use positioning nut locking.
e. Can’t use large hardness metal material to trial cutting, sharp cutting edge of blade shall not use objects to hit, temporary unused blade should be cleaned,and oiled to prevent the mental surface from rusting. The blade should be grind after using, and use core rod to grind the outside uniformly, strictly forbidden to grind the both side of blade.
